The following is a compiled list of easy, natural recipes to make your own natural cleaning products, so you can start cleaning greener today!

All Purpose Scrub
What you need:
1/2 cup Baking Soda
1/2 of a lemon
2 tbsp Liquid Soap
Directions:
Pour baking soda into a bowl. Add enough liquid soap for a creamy paste. Spread the creamy paste on the cut side of a lemon. You can now use this as a scrub on different surfaces. Use a damp cloth to wipe away the residue. You're left with a clean and slightly scented surface.

Furniture Polish
What you need:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mix together olive oil and lemon juice. Pour the mixture in a spray bottle and apply to furniture, using a soft cloth to wipe dry the solution.

Floor Cleaner
What you need:
1 gallon Water
1/8 cup Plant-Based Liquid Soap
1/8 cup Distilled White Vinegar
Optional: 10 drops Essential Oil (your scent choice)
Directions:
Mix in liquid soap, distilled white vinegar, and essential oil drops (optional) in a mop bucket. Use as usual.

Drain Cleaner
What you need:
3 cups Boiling Water
1 cup Baking Soda
1 cup Salt
1/2 cup White Vinegar
Directions:
Mix baking soda, salt and white vinegar in a bowl. Pour the mixture down the drain and allow to work for 15 minutes (leave longer for tougher clogs). Flush with boiling water.

Mould and Mildew Spray
What you need:
1 cup Water
1 cup White Vinegar
Directions:
Mix water with white vinegar and pour solution into spray bottle. Use on walls, shower curtains, and tiles to help eliminate and prevent mould and mildew from re-emerging.
