Girl Disposing of Her Batteries

Ok, it's been a long time since I've posted here, but today I've witnessed the most un-eco-friendly act that I've seen in a long time. It just ruined my entire day, which is why I'm here to let it out, niceely! : )

Here's the event in slow mo:

1) I'm waiting to meet up with a friend in a building at school. He's a few minutes late so I'm in a waiting area just sitting on a bench, minding my own business. Next to me was a disposing receptacle (an area where people throw “stuff” out).

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Follow the order of the 3 R's. First reduce the usage, then reuse as much as possible, and lastly recycle.

Recycle Your Batteries

Batteries are extremely toxic for our environment. Find shops that recycle batteries instead of throwing them in the garbage.

Did you really think companies are recycling cell phones for the good of the environment? hahaha... it's only about profit for businesses, just in case you believe everything you hear.
